IKC delivered a stunning modern-style reception and diwaniya that speaks volumes about luxury, comfort, and contemporary elegance. Designed for Mr. Saud Al-Hajri, the space is a reflection of refined taste and high attention to detail, with each corner telling a story of style and sophistication.
The reception area
was created to be both welcoming and impressive. Soft neutral tones dominate the palette—think warm greys, beiges, and creamy whites—enhanced by ambient lighting and sleek, modern furniture. The layout was carefully planned to promote an open, breathable environment, while layered textures and minimalistic artwork elevate the visual richness.
The design concept
revolves around balancing open space with elements of privacy, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere from the very first step. A calming color palette of beige and grey tones, accented with rich dark details, sets a sophisticated mood throughout the space.

with family or an elegant evening with guests, this reception and diwaniya space truly sets a new standard for modern luxury living in Kuwait.
Functionality
was key throughout the design. From acoustic paneling for comfort to smart lighting control systems, every detail was integrated with the modern lifestyle in mind. The final result is a seamless blend of form and function, curated specifically for Mr. Al-Hajri’s daily needs and hosting preferences.
Moving into the diwaniya
IKC merged heritage with a fresh modern twist. The seating arrangement reflects the traditional Kuwaiti gathering culture, but reimagined through clean lines, plush upholstery, and high-quality materials such as brushed brass
walnut wood
and textured fabrics. Decorative lighting, hidden storage, and customized wall panels all work together to create a multifunctional, elegant experience.
